Devon Avenue is about the mix of cultures. Here, people from Isreal, Iran, Pakistan, India, Russia and native Chicagoans do business, socialize and live together.

This is also a fast-paced urban environment; young people are plugged into their iPods, cabs race by, parking is nightmare, neon lights set the night in a murky green glow.

In the center of the Midwest Devon Avenue pushes and pulls at borders and suggests that community, peace and family are things that we have the power to create.
